Getting Started with AOS
-
AOS is an e-commerce and marketing agency. We help brands sell more, wherever they sell: Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and beyond.
Our core services are: Amazon account management (listings, advertising, Brand Registry, FBA, account health), Shopify website design and management (new site builds, ongoing maintenance, SEO), email marketing (automated flows and campaigns via Omnisend or Klaviyo), paid advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads), social media management, and brand and graphic design (product photography, brochures, storefronts, A+ content).
We work with businesses of all sizes, from single-product startups launching on Amazon for the first time to established brands running multi-channel operations. Most clients start with one core service and expand as we prove out results.
-
Initial conversation - tell us about your business and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll ask about your current setup, target platforms, and timeline.
Proposal - we put together a written proposal and Statement of Work covering scope, deliverables and pricing, tailored to what you need.
Agreement - once you’re happy, we sign a Statement of Work and our standard Terms of Business. Nothing starts until both are signed.
Onboarding - we’ll ask for access to whatever’s relevant (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, domain/DNS settings, etc.) and run a kickoff call to align on goals and timelines.
Delivery - we get to work. You’ll get regular updates and a monthly progress report and review call as standard.
Timelines vary by project. A focused Amazon launch can take a few weeks from signed agreement to live listings; a full website rebuild typically takes longer. Your account lead will give you a realistic timeline during onboarding.
-
Depending on the services agreed, we may ask for access to: Amazon Seller Central (added as an authorised user/employee, or via Amazon’s Brand Registry invitation process), Shopify admin (added as a staff account with the appropriate permission level), domain/DNS settings (to verify sender domains for email marketing - this doesn’t affect your live website), and ad platform accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
We only ever request access as an authorised user or collaborator, never your account password or full ownership transfer. You can revoke our access at any point. If you’re not sure how to grant a particular type of access, just ask, we’ll talk you through it.
-
Full-service management of your Amazon presence, covering: listing optimisation (titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content, brand story), keyword research and implementation, Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Brand Registry enrolment, FBA setup and shipment coordination, account health monitoring and compliance (Country of Origin, GPSR, and similar requirements), inventory forecasting and management, and customer service message monitoring.
This works as a standalone service or alongside a wider retainer. Related reading: see the Amazon FAQs section for specific setup questions.
-
We design, build and maintain Shopify stores end to end: new store builds and full theme setup (header/footer, homepage, collection and product pages, cart, content pages), product migration and catalogue setup, payment and domain integration, app and plugin management, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and bug fixes, SEO review and on-page optimisation, and quality assurance testing before launch.
We also take on ongoing Shopify management retainers for stores that are already live, covering ongoing updates, conversion rate optimisation and technical support.
-
We build and manage email marketing programmes in Omnisend, Klaviyo or Shopify Email, including: core automation flows (welcome series, cart recovery, browse recovery, post-purchase, customer win-back/re-engagement, and list-hygiene sunset flows), GDPR-compliant signup forms and pop-ups, campaign strategy and send calendars, B2B and D2C email journeys where a business sells to both, and domain and deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM verification).
-
Campaign strategy, setup and ongoing management across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display).
Includes keyword research, ad copy and creative direction, campaign build, budget management, and ongoing optimisation based on performance data.
-
Account setup and ongoing content support for your social channels, including content planning, editing, and one content day per month as standard (additional content days available). Available as a single-channel or multi-channel service.
-
Design support across your marketing materials: product photography direction, trade brochures and flyers, Amazon storefront and A+ Content design, email creative, and general on-demand graphic design (subject to fair usage on retainer accounts).
-
Setup and optimisation of your TikTok Shop presence to drive engagement and sales through this emerging social commerce platform, including listing setup and ongoing account management.
Our Services
Pricing & Contracts
-
Most AOS engagements run as a monthly retainer, built from the services you need. Pricing depends on the mix of services (Amazon account management, Shopify management, email marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and more) and the scope involved, such as number of products or channels.
One-off projects, like a full website rebuild or an Amazon launch from scratch, are quoted individually based on scope, typically as a fixed project fee, sometimes split into phases with a smaller ongoing retainer to follow.
Every engagement gets a written proposal and Statement of Work with exact pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
-
Invoices are raised monthly, on a set date agreed in your Statement of Work. Standard payment terms are 28 days from invoice date, though this can vary by agreement. All prices in your proposal are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. If you spot a discrepancy on an invoice, get in touch with your account lead directly, we’re always happy to review and clarify.
-
Every project or retainer starts with a Statement of Work (SOW), which sets out: the specific services and deliverables agreed, start date and (where relevant) target completion date, pricing and payment terms, and any access or information we need from you to get started.
The SOW works alongside our standard Terms of Business, both need to be signed before work begins. If your needs change partway through an engagement, we’ll agree any changes to scope or pricing in writing before proceeding.
AMAZON FAQS
-
You can add us as an authorised employee/user directly in Seller Central under Account Info > User Permissions, or via an Authorised Partner invitation link, which we can send you. If an invitation isn’t working or shows as expired, let us know and we’ll resend it, this is a common Amazon quirk rather than anything on your end.
-
Brand Registry protects your brand on Amazon and unlocks enhanced content, A+ pages, and better protection against counterfeit listings. If you own a registered trademark (or have one pending), we’d recommend enrolling, and we can guide you through the process.
-
We help you prepare product listings for FBA, ensure packaging and labelling meet Amazon’s requirements, and coordinate shipments into Amazon’s fulfilment centres. We’ll also advise on inventory levels to help you avoid stockouts or excess storage fees.
-
Amazon and UK/EU regulations now require Country of Origin and General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) details on many listings. Missing this information can get listings suppressed, so we make sure it’s added correctly and kept up to date as rules change.
-
We provide regular reporting on your Amazon advertising campaigns, covering spend, ACOS, sales impact, and key optimisation actions, so you can see clearly what’s working and where budget is best spent.
Website & Email FAQs
-
Email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp need DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and sometimes a custom sending domain) added to your domain to verify you’re a legitimate sender. Without these, your marketing emails are far more likely to land in spam rather than the inbox. We handle this setup for you and make sure it stays correctly configured.
-
If you run multiple brands or stores, we set each one up with its own account and reporting so nothing overlaps. You can hop between them from your dashboard, and we can also manage separate campaigns, automations, and branding for each without extra hassle on your end.
-
Yes. We can set up discount codes that apply only to specific products, collections, or brands rather than your whole store, so you stay in control of exactly what a promotion covers.
-
We build signup forms with explicit opt-in consent, clear privacy notices, and no pre-ticked boxes, and we make sure the data collected is only what’s needed and is stored and processed in line with GDPR requirements.
Working With Your Account Team
-
You’ll have a dedicated account contact at AOS who knows your setup and goals, so you’re not starting from scratch every time you reach out. They coordinate with our specialist teams behind the scenes on your behalf.
-
We keep in regular contact to share progress, flag anything worth your attention, and check in on how things are going. Your account contact is also on hand whenever you need to reach out in between.
-
Just get in touch with your account contact. We can adjust the scope of what we’re doing, scale services up or down, or pause things temporarily to fit your changing needs.
