Getting Started with AOS
-
AOS is an e-commerce and marketing agency. We help brands sell more, wherever they sell: Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and beyond.
Our core services are: Amazon account management (listings, advertising, Brand Registry, FBA, account health), Shopify website design and management (new site builds, ongoing maintenance, SEO), email marketing (automated flows and campaigns via Omnisend or Klaviyo), paid advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads), social media management, and brand and graphic design (product photography, brochures, storefronts, A+ content).
We work with businesses of all sizes, from single-product startups launching on Amazon for the first time to established brands running multi-channel operations. Most clients start with one core service and expand as we prove out results.
-
Initial conversation - tell us about your business and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll ask about your current setup, target platforms, and timeline.
Proposal - we put together a written proposal and Statement of Work covering scope, deliverables and pricing, tailored to what you need.
Agreement - once you’re happy, we sign a Statement of Work and our standard Terms of Business. Nothing starts until both are signed.
Onboarding - we’ll ask for access to whatever’s relevant (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, domain/DNS settings, etc.) and run a kickoff call to align on goals and timelines.
Delivery - we get to work. You’ll get regular updates and a monthly progress report and review call as standard.
Timelines vary by project. A focused Amazon launch can take a few weeks from signed agreement to live listings; a full website rebuild typically takes longer. Your account lead will give you a realistic timeline during onboarding.
-
Depending on the services agreed, we may ask for access to: Amazon Seller Central (added as an authorised user/employee, or via Amazon’s Brand Registry invitation process), Shopify admin (added as a staff account with the appropriate permission level), domain/DNS settings (to verify sender domains for email marketing - this doesn’t affect your live website), and ad platform accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
We only ever request access as an authorised user or collaborator, never your account password or full ownership transfer. You can revoke our access at any point. If you’re not sure how to grant a particular type of access, just ask, we’ll talk you through it.
