Tapp'd Cocktails is a premium ready-to-drink cocktail company, known for their authentic bar-quality cocktails crafted with real fruit and ingredients. They offer a diverse range of pre-mixed drinks, aiming to bring a convenient, high-end cocktail experience to consumers at home or on the go.

Tapp'd Cocktails came to AOS as a new business with ambitious growth plans, eager to establish a strong presence online. Our initial collaboration focused on a successful Amazon launch, building out all necessary infrastructure to hit the ground running.

As their market presence expanded and demand grew, their digital platforms needed to evolve further. The opportunity arose to enhance their existing website's performance and optimise their sales trajectory. They aimed to achieve greater site stability, particularly during peak traffic, and refine the shopper journey to ensure a seamless experience, moving from a wide array of product options to a more streamlined and faster browsing experience.

Our partnership with Tapp'd Cocktails evolved significantly, moving from an initial Amazon focus to a comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce overhaul.

For Amazon: We helped them define their core product offering, built robust product listings, and meticulously set up their Amazon account and Brand Registry. Our team created engaging A+ Content and designed their Amazon Store. We provided ongoing account management, including dedicated customer service and efficient inventory management. Crucially, we ran their advertising campaigns, utilising a strategic combination of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands (for both store ads and video ads) to maximise visibility and sales.

For the Wider Business: Recognising their broader needs, we completely rebuilt their website. The new site was designed to be more on-brand, embracing a fun, festival, and lifestyle-focused aesthetic rather than just a product catalogue. This overhaul led to us managing their social media channels, building a new email marketing system, and subsequently managing their email campaigns. We also took on collaboration management and established a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) factory, leveraging a network of creators to provide engaging social media content.
